1. Our trip-planning service is free

Using our trip-planning funnel, speaking with our advisor desk, browsing the local agent directory, and reserving a call with a listed agent are all free of charge and carry no obligation to book. Because no payment is collected for these services, no refund is applicable to them.

2. Refunds & cancellations for actual bookings

When you proceed to book a flight, hotel, cruise, package, or any other travel service — whether through one of our in-house advisors or through an independent local agent found in our directory — that booking is governed by the cancellation, change, and refund policy of the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or agency actually issuing the booking, not by LuxuryFlights.site. These policies vary widely (from fully refundable to fully non-refundable) and will be disclosed to you by your advisor or agent before you pay. Please review them carefully before confirming any booking.

3. If a service or advisory fee applies

Some bookings may include a separate planning, service, or advisory fee charged directly by LuxuryFlights.site or by the advisor/agent handling your trip, in addition to the supplier's own charges. If applicable, this fee will be clearly disclosed to you in writing before you agree to pay it. Unless otherwise stated in that disclosure:

• Service/advisory fees are generally non-refundable once the advisory work (research, quoting, itinerary building) has been performed;
• If you cancel before any advisory work has begun, you may request a full refund of the service fee within 7 days of payment; and
• Refunds, where approved, are typically processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

4. Directory listing submissions

Listing your travel agency in our directory is free. No payment is currently collected for standard listings, so no refund is applicable. If premium or featured listings are introduced in the future, their specific refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. How to request a refund review

To request a refund review for any fee paid directly to LuxuryFlights.site, contact us at hello@luxuryflights.site or +1-877-470-4686 with your name, the phone number or email used at booking, and your reference number. For refunds related to airline tickets, hotels, cruises, or packages booked with a supplier or a directory-listed agent, please contact that supplier or agent directly using the contact details on your booking confirmation — our team can help you find the right contact if needed.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any billing concern directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, as chargebacks can delay resolution and affect your ability to rebook with the same supplier.
